Right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if that diminished value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
